Website and Demo Terms

Effective August 3, 2026

Illustrative public sampleThe demo shows a workflow and sample outputs. It does not provide a customer-grade underwriting result.

These terms govern access to the FusorX website, limited public demo, and waitlist or inquiry form. Commercial access, customer workspaces, paid services, and pilot projects require separate written terms.

1. Limited access licence

FusorX grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the public website and demo for evaluation. No ownership right, commercial licence, or right to reproduce the model structure is transferred.

2. Public-demo boundary

The public demo is deliberately limited. Values are illustrative, financial outputs are indexed or masked, and the deployment does not include the customer-grade model, detailed assumptions, full evidence structure, sensitivity analysis, customer data, or exportable decision memo.

3. Not professional advice

The website and demo do not provide engineering design, utility commitments, interconnection studies, environmental or permitting advice, legal or tax advice, accounting advice, securities advice, financing advice, or investment recommendations. Any real project must be independently reviewed by qualified professionals using verified information.

4. No material decision based on the demo

Do not use the demo as the basis for acquiring land, ordering equipment, executing a power or fuel agreement, applying for permits, committing financing, representing project readiness, or making another material decision. The sample case may be incomplete, simplified, or unsuitable for another project.

5. Waitlist and inquiry submissions

Visitors may use the website form to request information, join the waitlist, or discuss a potential relationship. A submission does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, employment, investment, or confidential relationship. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless FusorX has first agreed in writing to an appropriate secure process.

6. Optional product updates

The product-update checkbox is optional and separate from the request to respond to an inquiry. Where required by law, FusorX will send promotional or update messages only with valid consent or another lawful basis, include required sender identification, and provide an unsubscribe mechanism.

7. Acceptable use

Users may not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, unlawfully access another person’s data, scrape or overload the site in a harmful manner, submit fraudulent or unlawful content, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits it, or use the site in violation of law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The FusorX name, logo, visual identity, software, model concepts, interface, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to FusorX. Form submitters retain rights in their own submitted content but grant FusorX permission to use that content to review and respond to the inquiry and administer the relationship.

9. Availability and changes

The website and demo may be changed, suspended, reset, or withdrawn at any time. Features, sample outputs, product scope, roadmap statements, and access conditions may change without creating an obligation to deliver a particular product or feature.

10. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, form, and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, availability, or suitability for a particular project.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusorX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profit, lost opportunity, project delay, data loss, or decisions made using the website or demo. Enforceable liability caps, exclusions, and carve-outs for a commercial service must be finalized in a written customer agreement.

12. Governing framework

The intended governing jurisdiction for this public beta is Ontario, Canada, subject to mandatory privacy, consumer, competition, accessibility, electronic-commerce, and other laws that cannot be excluded. Final governing-law, venue, arbitration, and class-action provisions require legal review.

13. Contact

Questions may be submitted through the website form. Select “General inquiry” for ordinary questions or “Privacy or data request” for privacy matters.

Not a liability shield.

Publishing terms and a privacy notice does not by itself make a product compliant or prevent claims. Actual operations, security, consent, contracts, insurance, vendor controls, and legal review must match the documents.
